WCF Series Cooling Towers Structure

WCF Series Cooling Towers are advanced, high-performance cooling systems designed for efficient heat dissipation with optimal energy utilization. Built with durable fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) construction, these towers offer excellent resistance to corrosion, weather conditions, and long operational life.

The WCF series typically features an induced draft system with energy-efficient axial fans, ensuring uniform airflow and enhanced cooling efficiency. Equipped with high-quality PVC fills, efficient water distribution systems, and drift eliminators, these towers maximize heat transfer while minimizing water loss.

Their compact design, low noise operation, and ease of maintenance make them ideal for industrial, HVAC, and commercial applications where reliable and continuous cooling performance is essential.

Spares and Components of WCF Series Cooling Towers:

Structure

Corrugated asbestos cement board casing is applied vertically. Joints are lapped and sealed for water tightness. Corners are covered with FRP corner rolls. Corrugated asbestos louvers are located on wide centres on the sloping louvered walls. They are supported by tower columns and louver support. (FRP casing and louvers can be provided if desired)

PVC Fills

High-quality PVC fills provide maximum heat transfer by increasing the contact surface area between air and water. These are modular, easy to replace, and resistant to scaling and fouling.

Drift Eliminators

FRP or PVC drift eliminators minimize water loss by capturing droplets carried with airflow. They help in improving efficiency and reducing water wastage.

Inlet Louvers / Mesh

Plastic or FRP inlet mesh prevents dust, leaves, and other contaminants from entering the cooling tower, ensuring clean operation and reducing clogging.

FRP Casing Panels

Corrosion-resistant FRP panels are used for structural strength and long life. These can be replaced individually in case of damage.

Water Distribution Pipes

Non-corrosive PVC/FRP piping is used for distributing water to the jet nozzles efficiently. These pipes are designed for low pressure drop and durability.

Spray Nozzles

Non-clogging, precision-engineered nozzles made from polypropylene/ABS for consistent spray pattern and efficient cooling.

Cold Water Basin (FRP)

FRP basin collects cooled water and ensures leak-proof storage before recirculation.

Support Structure Components

Galvanized steel supports, brackets, and frames ensure stability and proper alignment of all tower components.
