WST Series Cooling Towers Structure
WST Series Cooling Towers are square-shaped, high-efficiency cooling systems designed to deliver reliable and uniform performance across a wide range of industrial and HVAC applications. FRP Casing Panels (Square Structure)
Strong, corrosion-resistant FRP panels forming the square-shaped tower body, replaceable in sections.
PVC Fills
Rectangular PVC fill modules with high surface area for efficient heat transfer. Easy to remove, clean, and replace.
Spray Nozzles
High-quality polypropylene nozzles designed for uniform water distribution with low operating pressure and non-clogging performance.
Fixed Header Pipe System
Fixed header system is made up of non clogging, thick PVC pipes further coated with FRP in WST series requires low pressure to operate and assure uniform water flow with minimal operating head through spray nozzles incorporated in the system which are made from best grade of polypropylene.
Drift Eliminators
Specially designed drift eliminators supported by galvanized frame are for minimizing the drift losses of the water as per shape
Air Inlet Louvers / Mesh
PVC/FRP louvers that prevent entry of dust, debris, and contaminants while maintaining proper airflow.
Axial Fans
Induced draft axial fans with adjustable pitch blades, designed for high efficiency, low noise, and balanced operation.
Auxiliary Suction Tank
Auxiliary suction tank is provided from Model no. WRT-11 onwards to facilitate the connections of inlet, outlet, drain & make up pipe connections.
Motors
Flange-mounted, totally enclosed motors suitable for continuous duty with F-class insulation.
Cold Water Basin (FRP)
Leak-proof basin for collecting cooled water and ensuring smooth recirculation.
Support Structure Components
Hot-dip galvanized steel framework (angles, channels, rods) for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
